Just signed up and need to verify your Pockit account?

It's easy and quick to verify your account.

1. 
   Download the Pockit app if you haven't already.


2. Select documents you have at hand. See more than 30 documents we accept.


3. Follow the on-screen instruction to submit all the required documents. The app will intelligently guide you through the process and asks you to re-take the photo if it's not of sufficient quality.


4. That's it — you've verified your account and should receive your Pockit card in 2 to 7 working days depending on the delivery method you selected during signup.


5. In some instances we may require additional time to process the documents you provided. We'll be in touch via an email if we need more information.
