Most of the Pockit customers don't experience issues with paying by their Pockit card online or in-store.
There are a number of reasons why your card payment might have been declined:
- Your balance might not be enough to cover the transaction. See how to check your balance
- If you're in store you are may be asked to do Chip & PIN more often. The Pockit app will alert you when you need to enter your PIN number next time. See how to check your PIN.
- You're paying at the petrol pump or similar and the merchant is unable to check if you have funds available. See more on offline transactions
