There are three different scenarios:
- ATM does not dispense your money when you request a withdrawal from your account. See what you have to do
- You have transactions that you do not recognise. Please, contact us with a list of the transactions you do not recognise and our team will investigate this for you.
- If you have bought a product online and not received it or it has arrived and does not fit the description. First, contact the seller directly to resolve the situation. If this doesn't help, please contact us as we may be able to help you disputing this transaction. Please have as much information about the product you bought and proof you have tried to contact the merchant. This process can be lengthy as we are disputing the transaction directly for you and we will contact you once it's been resolved.
