You can order a replacement card quickly and easily in the Pockit app or in your web account in case it was lost or stolen.
Here's how to do this in the Pockit app:
- Log in to your Pockit app.
- Tap on the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on "Replace card" menu.
- Select the reason for the card replacement (lost or stolen)
- Confirm your residential address. Please make sure it's correct, so to avoid delays.
- Choose a delivery method.
- Your new Pockit card is on its way!

- Click on the "Manage card" menu below the balance box.
- Click "Replace card" .
