Evidence of entitlement to a state or local authority-funded benefit (including housing benefit and council tax benefit), tax credit, pension, educational or other grants. Dated within the last 12 months. Must confirm entitlement to current or future benefits.
|Bank, Building Society, Credit Card or Mortgage Statement||Dated within the last 3 months|
|Council Tax Bill||
Relating to Council Tax payable at your current address and for the current financial year.
|Utility Bill or Statement||
Dated within the last 3 months, showing usage at current address. We cannot accept TV licences or mobile phone bills.
An instrument of a court appointment such as liquidator or other grants of probate, dated within the last 3 months, on headed paper.
