If you have not used your Pockit account for over 12 months or that your account has been suspended by us, due to falling outside of our risk appetite, you can contact us by writing to returns@pockit.com, with a copy of a bank statement under your name.
The bank statement need to show:
- your full name
- your home address
- your sort code and account number
We shall complete our verification checks and as long as everything ticks off we will return your Pockit account credit balance to the bank account you have provided us with the details of.
This process usually takes up to 5 working days.
