The ATM did not dispense my cash, but the money has come off my balance

Funds that were not dispensed by the ATM provider are typically reversed to your account within 10 working days. Once they’ve been reversed, the money will be available on your Pockit account again and the payment will no longer show on your Pockit statement.
If 10 working days have passed since the failed ATM withdrawal, please get in touch with us via the chat function or email. We might be able to dispute the payment with the ATM owner as a chargeback, however, bear in mind that this is a lengthy process and not guaranteed to get your money back.
