How to authorise online 3D secure transactions in Mobile App and Web Account?

As of December'21 you are able to authorise your online 3D secure transactions via:

1. SMS One Time Password sent to your registered phone number


2. Straight from the Pockit app or your web account

Here's how to authorise your online 3D secure transactions quickly & easily in the Pockit app:

1. When going through with purchasing the product/service please select biometric option and follow the prompts showing on your mobile device by clicking on the notification
   


2. Once you have opened your Pockit app, you will be given the option to continue or reject this payment                                                                           
   


3. If you recognise the transactions tap "Continue" and enter your security answer to authorise the transactions                                                                     
   


4. All done. You online transaction has been authorised. Now you can return to the merchant's payment page to continue.

         2. You will be given the option to continue or reject this payment by selecting " I didn't request this"         

        3. If you recognise the transactions tap "Continue" and enter your security answer to authorise the                 transactions.                                                               

         4. All done. You online transaction has been authorised. Now you can return to the merchant's payment page to continue.
