You can update your mobile phone number for the MasterCard SecureCode® Service quickly and easily in the Pockit app or in your web account. Find out how to update your phone number.
Once this is updated, the number will be automatically sent to the MasterCard SecureCode® Service. Please allow up to 24 hours for the update to complete.
Please contact our support team via our in-app chat or by emailing us at help@pockit.com if you entered the 3D secure (MasterCard SecureCode®) One Time Password incorrectly 3 or more times.
