How to swap your instant virtual Mastercard® with a contactless one?

You can swap your your instant virtual Mastercard® with a contactless prepaid Mastercard® quickly & easily in the Pockit app or your web account.

Here's how to do this in the Pockit app:

1. Log in to your Pockit app.
2. Tap on the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on "Replace card" menu.
4. Confirm your residential address. Please make sure it's correct, so to avoid delays.
5. Choose a delivery method.
6. Your new contactless Pockit card is on its way!

Here's how to do this in your web account:

1. Log in to your Pockit web account.
2. Click on the "Manage card" menu below the balance box.
3. Click "Replace card".
4. Confirm your residential address. Please make sure it's correct, so to avoid delays.
5. Choose a delivery method.
6. Your new contactless Pockit card is on its way!
