I can't change my plan, what should I do?

There are a few reason why you may be unable to change you plan at this moment, a few common causes are:
Your current balance will not allow you to pay the fee if you are upgrading your account
You have already changed your plan to the plan you are selecting and must wait for this to take effect
Your account is currently suspended / under review
