I can't change my plan, what should I do?

There are a few reason why you may be unable to change you plan at this moment, a few common causes are:


  • Your current balance will not allow you to pay the fee if you are upgrading your account

  • You have already changed your plan to the plan you are selecting and must wait for this to take effect

  • Your account is currently suspended / under review
