Why is my inbound transfer pending?

If you can currently see an inbound transfer that is pending on your statement, this means that the payment is currently still being processed.
Do I need to do anything?
We may occasionally ask you to provide further information to verify the incoming payment, this would be sent to you via email.
If you have not received an email like this from Pockit you won’t have to do anything as the payment will automatically be processed and added to your account.
