Why has my inbound transfer declined?

There are different reasons why your transfer has declined:
You don’t have an active Pockit card (for example your Pockit card has expired or been blocked by you in the app)
Your account is currently limited
You have exceeded your account limits (click here to check your account limits)
Please note that declined funds are typically returned to the sender within 5 working days
