Why has my inbound transfer declined?

There are different reasons why your transfer has declined:


  • You don’t have an active Pockit card (for example your Pockit card has expired or been blocked by you in the app)

  • Your account is currently limited

  • You have exceeded your account limits (click here to check your account limits)


Please note that declined funds are typically returned to the sender within 5 working days
