Why does Pockit need me to confirm the recipient’s details?

Pockit may reach out to you to confirm some recipient details after you have started the process to send funds to a UK (bank) account from your Pockit account. When we do, this is to verify the payment or recipient to help keep things safe.


If you’ve received this email from us, please simply follow the instructions within the email to get things moving forward. If you do not provide us with the required information within a specified timeframe, we may cancel the payment.
