My account is under review, how do I access my funds?

There can be different types of reviews that may be applied to your account in line with our regulatory requirements.


This will be displayed in your online account to check what we require from you. We will also provide you with email confirmation of how this process works and what you need to do.


You may be unable to access the funds in your account until the review process has been completed. 


Please refer to your online account/emails provided for the timeframe this may take and the actions that you can still perform on your account.


Urgent action is required from you: 

You can avoid delays in time taken for the review to be completed by submitting the required documents and information as quickly as possible. Not providing the documents that are needed can significantly delay or impact the outcome of the review.


Also please bear in mind that we are unable to commit to the timeline as each case is unique, we must receive satisfactory documentation to try and resolve this in the timeframe provided.
