If you just created a new Pockit account but you did not receive your verification email, please follow the steps below:
Check your spam folder — occasionally emails may get caught in your spam filters. If it's there please mark it as ‘not Spam’. Using Gmail? Please check your Promotions tab. If it's there please move it into your main folder.
Checked but still no email? Try to sign into your account again, and this should trigger another verification email.
Still no email? Please contact us via the chat function or by sending us an email.
