What can I do if I have lost access to my registered email address?

If you have lost access to your registered email address you should still be able to login to your account using your usual login details.
Please see below the steps that you can take to log back into your account and update your details:
- Log into your app and go to your account here
- Choose profile tab
- Security details
- Email update
Once you've logged in you will be asked to enter your security answer then scroll to the bottom of the page and update your email.
If you have recently changed/lost your device and you need to update your email information on your account, you can log into your account via the web here
If you have followed the above steps and still cannot log into your account please contact our customer service team advising how you are unable to log in and follow these steps:
Email us from an unregistered email address (this is an email address that has never been registered with Pockit before)
Attach proof of your:
Photo ID
proof of address, and
Pockit account details, which could be either your 9 digit reference number or account number linked to your Pockit account, which can be found on your Pockit card (Mastercard®).
Once you have sent the email to us containing the details outlined above, we will review your documents and if those details could be verified, we will update the email address linked to your Pockit account.
