What can I do if I have lost access to my registered email address?

If you have lost access to your registered email address and can no longer access your online Pockit account to change this yourself, our customer service team can update your email address for you.
If you contact our customer service team, follow these steps:
Email us from an unregistered email address (this is an email address that has never been registered with Pockit before)
Attach proof of your:
ID
proof of address, and
Pockit account details, which could be either your 9 digit reference number or account number linked to your Pockit account, which can be found on your Pockit card (Mastercard®).
Once you have sent the email to us containing the details outlined above, we will review your documents and if those details could be verified, we will update the email address linked to your Pockit account.
