How will my Fast Track to Credit fees be reported on my credit file?

If you are currently a Pockit Fast Track to Credit member and cannot see these payments being reported on your credit file there is some important information to be aware of that could be the cause of this:

1. The reported payments would appear as "SteadyPay" on your credit report, this is because it is SteadyPay that provides this service
2. It may take up to 3 months for the payments to appear on your credit report, this is due to credit reference agencies and when they update reported payments.
3. Double-check your account to ensure that the payments have been made on time.

If the above criteria is passed and you still cannot see the reported payments on your credit file you can reach out to our customer support team, we will require some information from you in order to investigate this further with SteadyPay:

1. When did you last check your credit report?
2. Which credit report checker are you using? I.e Credit Karma, Clearscore etc

Once we have received this information we will be able to raise your concern with SteadyPay directly to ensure the correct resolution is reached.
