How to downgrade your Pockit Extra plan?

You can downgrade your Pockit Extra plan from in the app at any time for free. If you do decide to downgrade your plan you'll lose all of your Pockit Extra benefits:

• 1% cashback on your everyday shopping & Direct Debits
• 2 free Direct Debits a month
• 1 free bank transfer a month
• 1 free replacement card a year

To downgrade your Pockit Extra plan:

1. Open the “Account” tab and then tap “Plans”
2. Tap “Change your Pockit plan” and tap “Standard”
3. Tap the “Downgrade to Standard” button to downgrade your plan

Downgrading within the 3 month cooling off period

If you are downgrading your Pockit Extra plan within the 3-month initial term you have to wait 3 months before you can upgrade again. This is to make sure Pockit Extra is right for you.

Downgrading outside the 3 month cooling off period

You can downgrade and upgrade any time outside of the 3-month cooling off period.
