How to update your security question/answer?

You can update your security question quickly and easily in the Pockit app or in your web account.

Here's how to update your security question in the Pockit app:

1. Log in to your Pockit app.


2. Tap on the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen.


3. Tap on "Profile" tab and select "Security details" from the list


4. Tap "Reset security answer"


5. Select a new security question and answer


6. Enter an SMS code (OTP) we sent to your registered phone number to verify you're who you say you are.


7. Your security question/answer has been updated!

Here's how to update your security question in your web account:

1. Log in to your Pockit web account


2. Click in the top right-hand corner (look for your initials)


3. Click "Change security question" in the drop down menu


4. Select a new security question and answer


5. Enter an SMS code (OTP) we sent to your registered phone number to verify you're who you say you are.


6. Your security question/answer has been updated!
