What can I do if I have lost access to my registered email address?

If you have lost access to your registered email address and can no longer access your online account to change this yourself, we can update your email address for you.

Here's how to do it:

1. Email us from an unregistered email address (this is an email address that has never been registered with Pockit before)
2. We'll need to confirm a few details so please send us your proof of ID and proof of address
3. Once reviewed — we'll update your email address and let you know
