How to update your residential address?

You can update your residential address quickly and easily in the Pockit app or in your web account.

Here's how to do this in the Pockit app:

1. Log in to your Pockit app
2. Tap on the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap "Profile"
4. Tap "Update" next to your address
5. Enter your postcode and select your new address for the list. Can't find the right address? Tap "My address is not listed" and enter your new address manually.
6. Your address has been updated!

Here's how to update your security question in your web account:

1. Log in to your Pockit web account
2. Click in the top right-hand corner (look for your initials)
3. Click "Settings" in the drop down menu
4. Click "Update" next to your address
5. Enter your postcode and select your new address for the list. Can't find the right address? Tap "My address is not listed" and enter your new address manually.
6. Your address has been updated!

Please note that we may ask you to upload additional documents before we can change your residential address. To do this you'll need to use the Pockit app.
