What is Ticket Cancelation insurance?

Ticket cancellation insurance helps you reimburse the cost of unused tickets if you are unable to attend an event due to a covered reason.


Eligible items
All planned occasions which occur at a venue in the UK and Europe where tickets are sold in advance. Events include but are not limited to cultural, sports and leisure events, shows and amusement parks.

Scope of coverage
 Reasons for ticket cancelation:

• Illness or injury
• Family emergency
• Travel disruptions due to work or studies
• Jury service or legal
• Theft of tickets
• Damage to home
• Adverse weather

Limit of coverage
From £50 to £1,500 maximum


Conditions of coverage
 For a 12 month period
