Refund protection insurance protects you from financial losses if you are unable to use or return an eligible purchase.


Eligible items
Items valued over £50 and up to £1,000.
 

Scope of coverage
Non-delivery of your purchase
Retailer not refunding eligible returns
 

Limit of coverage
Up to £1,000 maximum for all kind of eligible items, including mobile phones
 

Conditions of coverage
The coverage within the 90 days of purchase includes the item’s purchase price or £300, whichever is less.
Refund Protection allows up to a maximum of £600 to be claimed in any 12-month period.
 Shipping costs of up to £50 are covered.
