You can help keep your Pockit account safe by following these tips:

Never share your security details with anyone, this includes your PIN, password, security answer, one-time passcodes (OTP) and anything else that could be used to log into your account or complete a purchase. Pockit will never ask you for these details.

Never share any of your card details with anyone, this includes 16 digit card number, expiry date, CVC2 number.

Use an email address that only you have access to.

Do not write down any of your security/account details that someone else could find, this includes, for example, on your phone in case you’d ever lose it.

If you are unsure who you are speaking with or about a transaction, don't give out any information or approve a transaction. Best would be to contact us directly in case you’re unsure or suspicious about something.
