Pockit currently does not offer real-time support via phone or live chat, however, there are several ways you can get help or an answer to your question quickly and easily!
Use the help centre: it is loaded with information and is typically the quickest to get help
Send an email to: help@pockit.com
Use the chat function: you’ll be directed to our AI bot who can help you get the help or answer you need quickly, and if the bot cannot help it can forward your case to an agent
Pockit’s agents typically respond to all customer service related queries well within 24 hours, so you may want to consider our help centre to find a faster solution or answer.
