What if my card delivery is late?

If 5 working days have passed since your card was issued and you have not received it yet, you can contact us via the chat function or by sending an email to get things sorted.

Please note that if you order a Pockit card, for example, on a Monday morning, the card can take up to the following Monday to arrive.
