What should I do if I have blocked my PIN?

Here’s what to check if you think you have blocked the PIN of your Pockit card:
Have you entered the incorrect PIN three times in a row? (Check your statement for three declined transactions)
Have you entered incorrect card details to complete an online transaction? For example, the expiry date or three digits on the back of the card?
Have you recently replaced your card? Your PIN may have changed!
If you have answered “Yes” to any of the questions, the PIN to your Pockit card may be blocked. In this case, please contact us via the chat function or by ending an email. If you’ve answered “no” to any of the questions then please contact us also to further look into this.
