Can I go overdrawn or have a negative balance?

The simple answer is yes, your account’s balance can become negative. 

While Pockit cards do not have an overdraft facility, there are some rare instances where transactions can make your balance negative.

While this is no reason to panic, it is important that you add money to your account as quickly as possible to cover the negative balance. Adding money is super simple, and can be done via a variety of different methods. 

Not doing so will prevent you from enjoying some of Pockit’s services and may lead to further actions which we prefer to avoid.
