How do I find my token number?

If you need to find your token number and you have a physical Pockit card (Mastercard®), the token number will be displayed on the card, your token number is 9 digits long and is also known as your “customer number”.

Do you have a virtual card or have you lost your physical card? Follow the steps below for other ways to find your token number:

Via the Pockit app:

1. Log into your Pockit account

2. Tap on “Account”

3. See your customer number below your name

Via the Pockit website:

1. Log into your Pockit account

2. Click on your initials in the top right

3. Click on “Settings”

4. See your customer number below your name
