Why can't I add cash to my account?

There can be a few different reasons why you may not be able to add cash via Paypoint to your account. The reason will be displayed on the receipt provided by Paypoint, below we’ve listed some common reasons:


  • Swiping your card instead of scanning the barcode (This will show Error 06 on the receipt)

  • You currently don’t have an active card

  • You’re account is currently limited

  • You’ve exceeded your transactional limits
