Can a transfer be cancelled once it has been sent?

We may be able to cancel a transfer that you sent to a UK (bank) account, only if that transfer has not already been fully processed and completed.
To give us the best chance of cancelling a transfer before it has been completed, please contact us as soon as possible after you have sent the transfer confirming the transaction details.
Please note that cancelling a transfer to re-send this due to the timescale a transfer can take to be completed is not advised, this will only reset the timescale back to the start and you may end up waiting longer.
