Why can I not see a Direct Debit on my Pockit account?

There can be a couple of reasons why a Direct Debit may not appear on your account:


  • New Direct Debits may take a couple of days for the merchant to process

  • The Direct Debit has been cancelled

  • The payment is not a Direct Debit but a subscription billed to your Pockit card instead - click here to learn more
