I'm unable to withdraw cash via Paypoint

The reason why you’re unable to withdraw will be shown on the receipt provided by PayPoint. Some typical decline reasons are:


  • There is not enough money on your Pockit account

  • You tried to swipe your Pockit card instead of scanning your barcode (Error code 06 on receipt)

  • Exceeding account limit (click here to check the limits)
