My submitted documents have been rejected, what should I do?

If you have uploaded a verification document to us, and one or more have been rejected, the reason for this will be displayed in the review banner section of your Pockit account. 

To view the rejection reason, simply navigate to the review banner in your account and select the specific sections that have rejected the document, so you can see why it was rejected, and what we need for it to be accepted. 

When a document is rejected we need you to upload another document. Please make sure that in the second attempt you upload the correct documents to avoid further delays.
