What should I do if my transfer out has been declined?

There are a few reasons why your transfer out may have declined and we’ve listed some below:

  1. An incorrect name was used for the transfer, for example, first, middle or last name was wrong.

  2. There are not enough funds on your account to cover the transfer amount and transfer fee (where applicable).

  3. You’ve reached your payment limits. Click here to check your current limits.

  4. You do not have an active Pockit card (Mastercard®) linked to your account.
