What is Direct Debit?

Direct Debit is the simplest and most convenient way for you to pay both repeating and occasional bills.
Some bills are one-offs: you pay them and then they don’t bother you any more. But lots, like your phone contract or energy bills, are repeated every month (or every few months). The problem is that remembering to send the money each time is inconvenient, and forgetting might get you into financial trouble.
Instead, you can set up a Direct Debit. This feature is available on your Pockit account by default, so you won't need to do anything from your account to activate it.
This means you’ll be able to use your Pockit account to send money automatically to whoever you want, whenever you want, with no need to worry about forgetting to pay someone on time.
