Can I change my additional shared balance card to an additional separate balance card?
You can change the type of card an additional holder has to allow an additional holder to switch to an additional separate balance card if you have accidentally added a shared balance card or if you just want to change how the additional card works. (Please note this cannot be reversed)
Both the primary holder and the additional holder can complete this action. This action is currently only available through signing in via www.pockit.com and cannot be completed using the Pockit app.
In order to action the change to an additional card once signed in via www.pockit.com from the primary account, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page to find the additional card. Once found and revealed the below option should become available to action the request (The below option is readily available from the additional holder account upon signing in via the webpage):
