What happens if some of functionality of my Pockit account is limited?

If we told you that some of the functionality of your Pockit account has been limited this means that you are not able to:

1. Withdraw money at ATMs
   
2. Send money in the UK
   
3. Send money abroad
   
4. Buy cryptocurrencies using your Pockit card
   
5. Make gambling transactions using your Pockit card
6. Add money via a bank transfer

Please note that you are able to:

1. Add money to your Pockit account via a debit card or PayPoint
   
2. Receive benefits payments
3. Pay bills via Direct Debit
   
4. Spend money online and in-store (except certain type of transactions)
