What should I do if my Pockit card has been lost or stolen?

If you think you may have lost your card in a place you can find it such as your house or car please consider placing a temporary block on your card in your online account.You can easily do this by logging into your Pockit account from within the Pockit app or via the web. If you have already looked and cannot find it, or think that someone may have stolen it from you, please replace your card immediately. You can do this easily via your Pockit app or web account, click here to be redirected.
Alternatively if you want to do it manually via the app:
Log into the Pockit app
Click on “Account”
Scroll down
Click on “Replace card”
Alternatively if you want to do it manually via the web:
Log into the Pockit account
Click on “Manage cards”
Click on “Replace card”
