When will my refund be added to my balance?

When your card payment refund will arrive depends on how quickly the merchant processes the payment back to you. We have no influence over the timeframe this may take. 

This can vary depending on the merchant therefore we would encourage you to contact the merchant for the maximum timeframe that it may take to be received.

If the merchant's maximum timeframe has expired and you have not received your refund, you will be required to contact the merchant again for an update.
