Your money will arrive into your Pockit account depending on the type of transfer among a few other things. Below is a list of timeframes by transfer type:
BACS: Typically payments such as salaries / benefits are paid using the BACS system. This payment could be credited to your balance 1 working day prior to your actual payday (This is not guaranteed).
Whether the early payment can be made or not this can take up to 20:30 UK time (8:30 PM) to be credited to your balance through our payment partner.
(Please note that we cannot speed up payments)
Faster Payments: Typically a type of transfer you receive from friends and family that they have sent to you directly from their own accounts. These payments are usually credited within a few minutes but can take up to a few hours due to the external and internal processes that are followed for these payments.
Gambling: Gambling payments made to your Pockit account can cover a variety of payments, this includes any payments link to transactions such as bingo, betting and casino games.
Due to the type of payment made with these transactions, Pockit has no influence on the timeframe this takes to reach your balance as this is set by the gambling merchant. Click here for more information.
Card payment refunds Refunds are payments made to you from a merchant for a purchase you have previously made with them.
Due to the type of payment made with a refund, Pockit has no influence on the timeframe a refund may take to credit to your account. This is set by the merchant directly who should be able to provide you with a maximum timeframe to receive this. If you do not receive this within the timeframe you must return to the merchant in the first instance.
