When will my money arrive in my Pockit account?

The time it may take for money to reach your Pockit account can vary depending on the type of transfer you are expecting. 

Benefits or salary: 

Such payments are typically made using the BACS payment type. It may take up to 20:30 UK time (8:30 pm)  on your payday to be added to your account.

Transfers from friends & family: 

Such payments are typically made using the Faster Payments type. These payments are usually added to your account within a few minutes but can take up to a few hours to arrive.

Please note that Pockit is unable to credit funds faster, this is an automatic process.
