How do I dispute a card payment?

If you want to dispute a card payment, in the first instance, it is wise to reach out to the merchant directly to query the issue with the transaction. The merchant may be able to provide an explanation or resolution faster than the dispute process may take.
If you are unhappy with the merchant response or do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe you can reach out to us via the chat function or by sending an email.
Let us know which transaction you wish to dispute and the reason for this. We will then send you our online dispute form to complete and attach any supporting evidence you may have to begin the dispute process.
Important Note:
You must raise your dispute with us within 120 days of the transaction occurring on your account.
The chargeback process is a lengthy process, and does not guarantee to get your money back. It’s usually quicker and easier to get a refund or compensation directly from the merchant.
