What should I do if I have sent money to the wrong account?

If you have sent money to the wrong account and if the recipient is known to you, we would advise you to reach out to the recipient directly and request them to return the money back to you.


We may also be able to recover the funds for you through the Indemnity Dispute Process. An indemnity may take up to 60 days to be resolved and there is no guarantee that the indemnity will be successful. 


If you have sent funds to an unknown recipient or the known recipient is unable to return the funds to you, please contact via the chat function or by emailing us. When doing so, please make sure to outline the details of the transfer.
