Why can't I access Income Advance?

The reason you may be unable to access Income Advance can be unique to your account, this is powered by SteadyPay who will run an eligibility and affordability check on your account to see if you satisfy all of their conditions to receive Income Advance.
This includes meeting universal criteria that all customers must meet before an eligibility & affordability check can be run by SteadyPay.

If you do become eligible for Income Advance this will appear as a banner message in your online account.
If you have met the universal criteria in the article above and still cannot access Income Advance this means that you have not passed the further eligibility & affordability checks that SteadyPay have performed.
Pockit does not guarantee that Income Advance will be offered and has no influence on the decision made by SteadyPay
The good news is that if you have recently been rejected you may become eligible in future by continuing to use your Pockit account as SteadyPay regularly reviews accounts each month!
