Why can't I access Personal Credit?

The most common reason for not being able to access Personal Credit is due to eligibility.

Personal Credit is powered by our partner - SteadyPay - and is subject to further eligibility & affordability performed by them.
SteadyPay rejecting a customer due to eligibility/affordability is the most common reason for not being able to access this.
If you are eligible for Personal Credit this will appear as a banner message in your online account if you meet all of the relevant criteria, if the banner message does not appear then this means you either are not eligible or have been rejected by SteadyPay.

SteadyPay regularly performs their checks on each customer, this happens once per month and therefore if you have been rejected for Personal Credit recently this does not mean that you won’t be offered any credit in the future. The best thing to do is to keep using your Pockit account regularly!
Please note that Pockit does not guarantee that Personal Credit will be offered and holds no influence on the checks performed by SteadyPay and cannot change any results.
