How can I change my phone number?

Here's how to update your phone number using the Pockit app:

1. Log in to your Pockit app

2. Tap on the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen

3. Tap "Profile"

4. Tap "Update" next to your phone number

5. Enter your new phone number. This number must not be associated with any other of your Pockit accounts (e.g. additional cards)

6. Enter the SMS code (OTP) we sent to your new phone number to complete verification

7. Your phone number has been updated!

Here's how to update your phone number quickly and easily in your web account:

1. Log in to your Pockit web account

2. Click in the top right-hand corner (look for your initials)

3. Click "Settings" in the drop-down menu

4. Click "Update" next to your phone number

5. Enter your new phone number. This number must not be associated with any other of your Pockit accounts (e.g. additional cards)

6. Enter the SMS code (OTP) we sent to your new phone number to complete verification

7. Your phone number has been updated!
