I've changed my phone number, how can I reset it to log in?
Have you recently changed your number and cannot access your Pockit account? This means you’ll need to reset the phone number linked with your Pockit account. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you are still logged into your Pockit account or not:
Option 1: If you are still logged into your Pockit account via the web or another device:
If you're still signed in to your web account (on your computer) or mobile app (on another phone), simply log in from there and you'll be able to change your number without a fuss.

If you don't have access to any other trusted devices you will need to reset your phone number. To do that, please follow the steps below in option 2.
Option 2: If you are not able to log in, you’ll need to reset your phone number, by doing:
Enter your email and password
Enter your previous phone number
We'll send you an email to confirm you are who you say you are
Click on the link in the email
Enter your security answer
Enter your date of birth
Enter your Pockit's card token. (9 digit reference number from your card) See how to find it
Enter your new phone number and confirm it by entering an SMS code we send you
