What has happened?

We are working hard here at Pockit to give you the best financial tools and services. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with our customers. This is why we want to tell you about changes we are making.

Pockit is moving away from PayrNet Limited, FCA FRN 900594, a wholly owned subsidiary of Railsr, your e-money issuer under the current terms. It will be replaced by PSI-Pay Ltd (FCA FRN 900011) and Modulr FS Limited (FCA FRN 900573)

1. The Pockit prepaid Mastercard® is issued by PSI-Pay Ltd pursuant to a license by Mastercard® International Incorporated. PSI-Pay Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom under the electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register reference 900011) for the issuing of electronic money. 
2. Electronic money accounts and access to payment services are provided by Modulr FS Limited, a company regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the issuance of electronic money under FRN 900573 through their registered agent and fellow group company Modulr Finance Limited (together, “Modulr”)
